Church in India
« on: February 14, 2016, 05:06:17 AM »
Please pray for the Church in India. Buddhist extremists in India burned down 20 churches last night. Tonight want to destroy, more than 200 churches in Olisabang province.  They want to kill 200 missionaries within the next 24 hours. All Christians are hiding in villages. Pray for them and send this message to all Christians you know

Grateful for Psalms 32 and Titus 2:10 While it is true that God gives the message from Scripture and SOP. The taste I give to others about the message sells it or kills it, I learn to walk it well & cook it well & eat it myself, before I preach it.  Then the SDA message appeals by His righteousness.

This same thing was posted on another forum, but the person who posted it retracted it soon after…I'm not sure why.

The person posting it may have discovered it to be a hoax, unfortunately, one that has been circulating on the internet for years!

I often wonder if the devil plans hoaxes with the intent that when the real thing happens, people will think it's just another hoax.

Found out it was a hoax, was too trusting and did not hunt for the source.    My mistake.

Pray instead for SDA evangelism in India and surrounding countries.  I am glad I was wrong, but I should have checked first.

You were not entirely wrong on the subject. You can go to Youtube and see videos of Christians being physically assaulted by mobs in India and it is on the increase. There is an large amount of Christian persecution going on in the world. A very large percentage of Christians in North Korea are in concentration camps.

Hounddog, Pope Francis just met with the Patriarch of the Eastern Orthodox church. This was said to be the first such meeting in 1000 years. They discussed what can be done to stop the persecution and killing of Christians in the Middle East. The killing of Christians by Islamic extremists is apparently a story largely ignored by the Western news media.
